1st September 2019

Next Sunday is the feast of Our Lady. Our SVP will receive the gifts offered by Children at the 8.30 am mass. Children you are urged to bring gifts from your own pocket money from sacrifices made.

A gift to Mary-Our traditional out-reach of the blood donation for our Tata Cancer Patients will be on the 8th of September from 8.00am - 12.30pm. Kindly inform your friends of all faiths to make this noble donation.

The Parish Council meets this Sunday on 1st Sep at 10.30 am and the SCC meets on Monday at 8.00am.

There will be NO Sunday School next Sunday the - 8th September. The JFC teachers will meet at 9.45 am for a meeting and fellowship.

The Konkanni Group is organizing the traditional (Novem Jevonn) Meal at Ashankur on the 15th September from 11noon onwards. Kindly take your pass at the Parish Office. All are invited to this meal and fellowship.

Vacation Bible Joy for Children is on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th September. Kindly register.

Pre-Baptism Catechesis course begins on the 7th of September. Please register.

First Friday Adoration on the 6th September will be conducted by SVP.

8th September 2019

A gift to Mary - Kindly donate you blood for our Tata Cancer Patients. The donation drive is at Ashankur Hall from8.00 am to 12.30 pm.

There will be NO Sunday School this Sunday the - 8th September. The JFC teachers will meet at 9.45 am for a meeting and fellowship.

The Parish Think Tank will meet on Tuesday the 10th September at 7.45 pm

The Leaders and the Assistants of all associations will meet on Saturday the 14th September at 7.45 pm for their meeting. Please be there.

Appointed members of The Bombay Catholic Sabha will meet next Sunday - 15th September at 10.30 am in the Parish Hall.

The Konkanni Group is organizing the Traditional (Novem Jevonn) Meal at Ashankur on the 15th September from 11 am onwards. The new grain will be blessed at the 7.15 am followed by mass at 7.30. All are invited.

Holy Family and its well-wishers donated a record of 58 bottles of blood to Tata's Cancer Hospital. Truely the blood of Christ flows in us.

JFC - 8th, 9th& 10thstd students will have a field trip next Sunday to BalBhavan in Versova. May the lives of our less fortunate touch them.

Appointed members of The Bombay Catholic Sabha will have their meeting this Sunday the 29th September at 10.30 am.

Agera the Harvest Festival - Mass at 10.30 am on Sunday the 6th October.

Togetherness Day of our Clusters is next Sunday the 6th October. Let us celebrate our need for one another.

The PPC will meet next Sunday the 6th October at 10.30 am and the SCC will meet on Monday the 7th October at 7.30 pm.

The Annual Thanksgiving Pilgrimage to the Irla Shrine is this Wednesday the 2nd October. The pilgrimage will begin from the Church at 6.15 am for mass at 8.00 am at the Shrine.

The therapy session on Pain on the 2nd of October has been postponed because of a doctor's emergency

White Elephant Stall: Any unwanted usable items, good clothes, furniture and Bed linen can be dropped in the parish from the 3rdof October. The sale is on the 13th October. The purpose of the stall is that unwanted items can be used again by others at a low cost and the money given to the underprivileged.

With effect from 2nd October 2019, there is a nationwide ban on use of single use plastic and thermocole items. In keeping with the Green Campus that Holy Family practises we request all to refrain from using snack boxes and single use plastic and thermocole cups on the premises. Kindly use the steel plates, trays & cups available in the Parish.
