The Parish today celebrates Togetherness Day. Let us come together in our Clusters to celebrate the Joy and the Need of being together in Love.

Agera the Harvest Festival - Mass at 10.30 am on Sunday the 6th October.

The PPC will meet this Sunday the 6th October at 10.30 am and the SCC will meet on Monday the 7th October at 7.30 pm.

Meetings
Mission Stall Groups will meet on Wednesday the 9th at 7.30 p.m.
The Liturgy Committee will meet on Friday the 11th at 7.30 p.m.

White Elephant Stall: Any unwanted usable items, good clothes, furniture and Bed linen can be dropped in the parish from the 3rdof October. The sale is on the 13th October.
The purpose of the stall is that unwanted items can be used again by others at a low cost and the money given to the underprivileged.

With effect from 2nd October 2019, there is a nationwide ban on use of single use plastic and thermocole items. In keeping with the Green Campus that Holy Family practises we request all to refrain from using snack boxes and single use plastic and thermocole cups on the premises. Kindly use the steel plates, trays& cups available in the Parish.



13th October 2019

The White Elephant Stall opens today - Sunday at 7.30 am. Let's learn to re-use, re-cycle and re-create. God Bless the Donors.

Next Sunday the 20th is Mission Sunday. The Jesuit Fathers of our Shirpur Mission will share about their Mission, which we support. Our Shirpur Tribals will therefore make a collection after each mass. Please be generous.

On the next 2 Sundays that is the 20th and 27thour Parish Associations will organize a variety of food stalls and other items for sale. Do come and enjoy the fellowship and support the Mission. Kindly bring your home containers for take-aways.

In view of the above there will be NO PARKING in the that area for the next 2 Sundays (20th and 27th).

The Liturgy Committee will meet on Friday the 14th at 7.30 p.m.

Prafulta announces a free medical camp on The Healthy Mind on the 20th October. Kindly see the notice board for details.

Today is Mission Sunday. Our tribals from the Jesuit Mission in Shirpur will stand outside the Church after mass with collection boxes. Please be generous.

In support of the Mission you are all invited after mass to Ashankur, for some tasty home-made delicacies by our parishioners. This will be followed next Sunday also.

In view of the above there will be NO PARKING in that area.

All Souls Day is on Saturday the 2nd November. The cemetery is being cleaned and spruced up at a cost. Please help us to make the place beautiful with fond memories for our loved ones.

The generosity of our parishioners for the White Elephant Stall was amazing. Beautiful and costly items were given and brought to the door. Thanks to the organization and hard work of the PPC and the SCC members. The whole sale was blessed.



27th October 2019

Once again, in support of the Mission you are all invited after mass to Ashankur, for some tasty home-made delicacies by our parishioners.

In view of the above there will be NO PARKING in that area.

The 1st Friday adoration on 1st Nov will be conducted by the Ushers.

All Souls Day is on Saturday the 2nd November. Masses will be as usual plus a 1.00 pm and 6.00 pm Konkanni Mass. The blessing of the graves will be after the 6.00 pm mass as usual.

The cemetery is being cleaned and spruced up at a cost. Kindly help us to make the place beautiful with fond memories of our loved ones. Pls do not park vehicles and bikes on the slope leading to the cemetery.

Caution: The pathways of the cemetery are still slippery. Be careful.

The Parish Council will meet on Sunday the 3rd November at 10.30 am and the SCC will meet on Monday the 4th November at 7.30 pm.

Kindly pray for our Confirmation Students who begin their retreat today.

Sunday School will be closed for Diwali Holidays for these two Sundays.
