The parish council meets this Sunday at 10.30 am. The SCC meets on Monday at 7.30 pm.

The Little Sisters of the Poor (Old Age Home) will have a collection next Saturday/Sunday for the building of their home.

Bishop Barthol will confirm 57 of our Youth next Sunday the 21st January at 10.30 am. You are cordially invited to this service.

As the Christmas season comes to an end the Parish wishes to thank once again all those involved with the décor of the Church. The Church the Lay-out, the Crib, the Grotto and the cleanliness of the surroundings inspite of the many weddings, was much appreciated by many. Well done Holy Family.

Bishop Barthol will confirm 61 of our Youth at 10.30 am. Eucharist today.

Friday the 26th January is our country's 68th Republic Day. A day when the Indian Constitutions came into effect. We invite you to come to the Eucharist on that day and pray that all peoples will enjoy freedom and dignity in our Country. The flag will be hoisted after the 6.45 am mass.

The Holy Family Alcoholic Anonymous Family Group - Al-Anon will celebrate its 29th anniversary this Sunday at Ashankur. We bless them for the service done to a Community of all Faiths.

The Ministers of the Word and the Charismatic Leaders will have a training session next Sunday after the 9.30 am mass. The topic from Devotee to Disciple.

St. John's Church - Marol will have their Fete from the 22nd to the 27th January. Kindly see the Notice Board for details.

The Parish thanks Br Thomas Vaz sj and the Confirmation Animators for their experience and service in forming our Confirmation Group. Their commitment and dedication is a blessing to our Parish.

28th January 2018

The Liturgy Committee will meet on Monday the 29th at 7.30 pm to finalize the Lenten Programme.

Friday the 2nd February is the 1st Friday of the month and a day specially dedicated to Consecrated Life. The Religious of this parish will conduct the Adoration and celebrate the Mass on that day. Please do come and pray for our religious who serve us and for vocations to religious life.

As it is the feast of the Presentation of our Lord, we will have the blessing of candles. Kindly bring a candle along to this service.

The 3rd of February is the feast of St. Blaise. There will be the blessing of the throats at all masses.

The 8.30 am mass on Sunday the 4th February will be offered for all our students appearing for the 10th and 12th standard board exams. Students of other faiths who wish to come for this Eucharist are welcome.

The Parish Council will go on their Mission out-reach to the Ashagad Mission next Saturday/Sunday. The Parish Council will accordingly meet the following Sunday the 11th February.

Please note that Sunday the 11th February is the World Day of the Sick and the anniversary of Our Lady of Lourdes. There will be a special healing service beginning at 4.15 pm and concluding with the Eucharist at 6.00 pm.

Sacred Heart Parish is organizing a Konkanni Drama on the 3rd Feb in their parish and Pallotti Church is organizing a carnival on the 11th of Feb. Kindly see the notice board for details.

For Information: The wall between Sai Palace and us is complete. It now requires a period of curing before the sides can be filled with mud. Following that we will landscape the area.
We are also hopeful to receive our TDR for the road shortly.
