The Parish invites all our parishioners and well wishers to our Traditional - Passion Play on Sunday the 9th April at 7.00 pm on our Church Grounds. A small collection will be made to defray the expenses. Do come to feel and be part of the Passion of Jesus.

The parish council meets this Sunday at 10.30 am.

Stns of the Cross this Friday is by our SVP members.

The speaker for the Konkani Mission this Wednesday is Fr Vincent Vaz sj.

The Speakers for the English Mission this Friday is Fr. Errol Fernandes sj the theme: Lord Teach us to Pray

Next Sunday - 9th April is Palm Sunday. Please check the time-table schedule.

Palms will be blessed at 8.45 am on the grounds in front of the Church. We will then go in procession into the Church for the Eucharist.
Pls do not rush into the church, extra chairs are being provided.

Important: The evening mass on Palm Sunday will be at 6.00 pm and not at 5.00 pm as announced earlier. This is for the convenience of both the Stage arrangements and also for our people attending the evening mass. The Passion Play will begin after the 6.00 pm mass.

The Archdiocese of Bombay has declared Sunday the 9th April as Carbon Fasting Day for Holy Family Parish. In view of this and also because of Palm Sunday programmes no bikes or cars will be permitted on the premises on that Sunday. Please co-operate.

On Palm Sunday the 9th April, your SCC animator will give each family a loaf of bread and a prayer card. Accordingly the family should gather at lunch to pray and break this bread together and to remember Jesus and the Passover Meal.

The Holy Family MAGIS 2017 is now open for registration. Please contact your PYC reps or visit the Face Book site.

The liturgy committee makes a special plea to all our parishioners and well wishers not to rush for our devotional practices especially on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday when the body of Jesus is brought down and brought into the Church. On our side, care is being taken for your safety and for your worship. Please co-operate.

Today is Palm Sunday. The palms will be blessed at 8.45 am on the Church Grounds. Do celebrate this day with your family with the breaking of the bread and the prayer given to you. May all our families be blessed.

Kindly note and inform others that the evening mass this Sunday is at 6.00 pm.

Confessions are on Monday and Tuesday from 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm.

Maundy Thursday: Mass for the Sick at 4.30 pm in the church and Solemn Service at 7.30 pm on the School Grounds. Note, there will be no morning mass in the Church on Maundy Thursday.

Please note there will be no 10:30 am and 6:00 pm mass today.

Our Adult Catechumens will receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and will receive Jesus for the 1st time.

The Divine Mercy Novena will be after 8:30 am mass.

The Senior Citizens will meet on Saturday the the 22nd at 5:00 pm.

Kindly note that beginning from Monday the 1st May till the 31st May, the masses will be as follows :
  • Only 2 masses every morning at 6.45 and 7.30 am
  • No Konkanni mass on Wednesday evenings.
  • No 10.30 am mass on Sundays

Summer Fun:
The Children's Summer Holiday Club is from the 10th to the 28th May. Please collect your forms from the parish office. Different Courses will also be conducted for our Children. Kindly see the details put on the poster near the Gate.
Adults also will have games and cultural activities after the 7.00 pm mass. SSC co-ordinators please enrol.
In view of the above we request you not to park your vehicles on the ground in front of the Church.

Those who wish to have their families blessed in their homes during the Easter Season are requested to meet their zone priest and fix a convenient time with him. Important: The whole family must be present for this family blessing.

43 of our children will be receiving Jesus for the 1st time on Saturday the 29th April at 5.00 pm. Do come and celebrate Jesus with our Children. This is a valid Sunday Mass.

The unique Holy Family Church MAGIS programme with the Youth of different parishes begins from the 4th to the 7th May. The PYC reps will be waiting outside the church for you to register.

The registration form of CHILDREN'S SUMMER FUN CLUB is available at the parish office. The Parish is also offering different crash courses for all the groups. These are displayed on the banner near the Gate. Please pick up your forms from the Parish Office.

The Parish is also organizing an ADULT SUMMER FUN CLUB. SCC co-ordinators please enrol.

In view of the above we request you not to park your vehicles on the ground in front of the Church.

We welcome Fr. Baptist Pinto into the Jesuit Community. Fr. Baptist will be attached to the school, but will help in the parish.

Fr.Felix will accordingly shift residence to Snehasadan, but will continue to serve in our Parish. Fr. Felix, we will miss your presence in our Church Community.

Mary and Alex D' Souza of our parish celebrate their Diamond Jubilee - 60 years of married life on Friday the 5th of May. The parish honours and blesses their married life.
